Option 1: Sketch Design

Visit on site with Semken Landscaping representative to define landscape works. Provision of a non-scaled sketch or mud-map to clarify the discussion and proposed works.

Option 2: Garden Concept Design

Scaled concept drawing. Includes site layout and specification of various surfaces/treatments; nominates lawns areas, proposed garden areas, deck/paving areas, key features and key planting species as a specification.

Option 3 : Landscape Design

Site set out, dimensions, areas, specification of materials such as paving/deck/edging/screens.

Planting Details, including exact species, recommended pot sizes and amounts of each species required.

Garden Advisory Service

If you are looking for some professional advice, for a new or existing garden, our Garden Advisory Service may be what you need. A meeting to discuss your garden requirements and advise the best ways to enhance and improve your garden will cost from $250.00 plus GST.

Your consultation can include advice on the following:-

• Planting techniques
• Pests, diseases
• Soil improvement, feeding, mulching,
• Irrigation systems
• Paving for paths and driveways
• Fencing, walls
• Lighting
